By commissioning me you automatically agree to my terms and conditions listed below. Breaking my terms will terminate the commission with no refund and result in blacklisting.
If you want something that's not listed below feel free to ask me! I have the right to refuse any requests.

Furry & Anthro: I'm not experienced in drawing them but will attempt it. I prefer more simple poses for these commissions!
Fantasy creatures: I love drawing weird and wacky things, but please show me a reference of the character before i accept the commission so I know if I can draw it well enough for you!

Commercial use of my work must be disclosed before commissioning.

8 free changes
Reasonable completion dates accepted.
No refunds unless I myself, cancel the commission
I have the right to terminate the commission and or blacklist you if I no longer feel comfortable.
Ghosting will terminate the commission if I can't get any responses from your main and alt contact.

Payment

I only accept PayPal and CashApp, please don't offer trades as payment.

I ask for half or full payment before starting.

If you pay half upfront I will send you a detailed sketch for approval, then ask for the remainder of the payment.

If I have not received the remainder of the payment, the commission will be suspended. You will have one week to pay or let me know if you need additional time. (up to one month only)

If payment is not received within the timespan your commission will be terminated
Refunds

If you want to cancel a commission, I will try to offer an alternative to allow you to keep your slot. If you as the buyer cancel a commission you will not be refunded.

In unforeseen emergency circumstances, I will cancel your commission. You will be refunded 50% of what you already paid if I started work on the commission.
Blacklisting
I do not blacklist lightly, but I keep the right to blacklist any user who repetitively violates my terms of service and/or who is making me uncomfortable. I will not accept any further commissions from users on my blacklist and you forfeit any work I have already completed.
You may be listed for but not limited to:

Abusive language

Harassment /severe pestering

Ghosting

Altering a commission to violate my TOS

Bringing up uncomfortable subjects

Refusing to pay any remaining amounts and or additions (once I have added them)
Completion dates

I accept reasonable deadlines only. This means you must provide an absolute minimum of 5 days' notice for your commission to be completed on time.

When requesting completion dates i must have received full payment no less than 3 days before the deadline.

If i have not received full payment 3 days before the deadline your commission will not be completed on time.
Commercial Use

All artworks are intended for personal use only.

If you intend to use my work for commercial purposes you must disclose it before or during the process. Failure to do so breaks my TOS.

The baseline fee starts at $10 per image. If you intend to continuously profit from my work, eg. merch, there will be a one-time fee to own full rights starting from $50
Changes
I prefer to make major changes during the sketch phase, your options become limited once I move to lineart. I will draw your character according to the references provided, so please be sure they are accurate and up to date. Any outdated references that result in changes will still increase the number of free changes used.

I highly recommend major changes be suggested during the sketch phase as it becomes more difficult during lineart.

Each piece has 8 free changes available, but once you go over these I will charge a small fee to help prevent a continuous cycle of changes.

A suggestion isn't classed as one change until it is completed. Eg. Redrawing bangs until you're satisfied is one change.
Flat cost across all types:
Small tweaks +$0.50 each
Large changes +$2 each
My definitions
Termination- When I completely stop the commission process due to being uncomfortable or any of my terms are broken. This is not negotiable and you forfeit any payment and ownership to the art in its current stage.
Cancellation- When the buyer requests the commission to no longer be completed. This is negotiable but I don't offer refunds. OR In emergency circumstances, I will cancel the commission, this is negotiable and I offer a 50% refund of what you already paid.
Changes and alterations-

Small tweaks include colour shifts, moving facial features, etc.

Large changes include redrawing whole parts of the commission. For example, completely redrawing clothing, a pose, hairstyle, etc.
Ghosting-

1-3 weeks is classed as accidental. I will continue when you respond within this time limit.

4 weeks is classed as ghosting. If you respond within the 4th week I will continue after you confirm you still want the art.

5+ weeks is ghosting. The commission will be terminated.
